"I recently purchased a foreclosed house and was on a
very tight schedule to have this house painted. I received a coupon in the mail
with Bob's company's name on it. I called him and explained we had to have
tenants in the house as soon as possible. Bob and i met at the house, which need
extensive repair work as well as a complete paint job from top to bottom. I
liked Bob right away, he was professional and I had a very good feeling about
him. He gave me an estimate and I gave him the job. He did the job in 2 days and
the job was done by what I call a true professional and everything in that house
looked brand new. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone I come in contact with

found two painters in the circular. I called both for estimates and to interview
them. Both companies were close in their estimates. After being in real estate
